Terms of use

Artur is a personal AI assistant operated by Colin Forward. It supports Colin’s scheduling and invited household use. It is not offered as a public subscription service.
Authorization and scope
Only an account owner or someone permitted by that owner may connect a calendar. Artur acts within Colin’s instructions and the connected account’s permissions. A scheduling conversation does not give a correspondent control over unrelated calendars, messages, or tasks.
When Artur communicates, it identifies itself as an AI assistant acting for Colin. Requests to send calendar invitations or contact other people must fall within the scheduling authorization given to it.
Confirming plans
Artur can make mistakes. Participants should review the agreed date, time zone, location, and any invitation. A calendar entry records a plan; it does not itself prove that a doctor’s office or another provider has accepted an appointment. Provider confirmation is required where applicable.
Artur assists with logistics. It does not provide medical advice, emergency response, or a guarantee that an appointment will be available. Contact the relevant provider directly for urgent or sensitive matters.
Third-party services
Google Calendar, WhatsApp, configured AI providers, and the hosting provider operate under their own applicable terms. Access to Artur can depend on the availability of those services and Colin’s computer.
Privacy and ending access
The privacy policy describes access, use, storage, and sharing of information. Connected account owners may revoke Google access at any time. Colin may pause or stop the assistant. Revoking access does not automatically remove calendar entries already created.
